Weirdly enough Porky Pig in that newer-ish Looney Toons show, love how he has some personality growth beyond his usual meek and timid self yet still has a stammer. Was the first character I saw on tv that I could really relate with as I've always been annoyed with the overabundance of just nervous characters with the impediment.
