I may well have got lucky, but I've never had much of a problem in interviews with my stutter - I always flag it up at the start, and if I get badly stuck, I'll often make a quick jokey aside ("I hope you're sitting comfortably" always seems to work) to ease any tension. I've found that most places are very happy to accommodate a stutter and I've personally never felt that it's I've been written off as a result. In general I find that the more relaxed I am with it, the more relaxed other people are as well.
