I have a master's degree and have been looking for work for almost three years. At the beginning of every interview, they tell me they are very interested in me. During the interview, I notice they are listening less and less, and after a few days, they tell me they have found someone from within the company. It's possible that someone else is better suited for the job, but it's still discouraging that this happens every time after the interview.
