Hey I get it, I’m a paramedic and I’m currently battling a stutter as well. I really don’t have a issue with it until I have to say something on the radio. Sometimes I’ll go to say “medic 104” and it comes out “mmmmmmmmm.Mmmmedic 104”. the thing I found is after saying “medic 104” a bunch of times to myself I can say it just fine, but still only to myself. Then after practicing I can say it to my wife. But not actually in the ambo. My advice is to go up in steps. Say it 1000 times to your self. Then keep progressing. Say it to a family member or a friend of you can. Then for the thing I really think will help is download a app called Zello. It’s essentially a app that functions as a radio or a “walki-talkie”. There’s a option In the app called “echo” where you just talk to yourself. After your comfortable with that add somebody, or me! Me, or whoever can just randomly send a message through the app throughout the day making you reply in a situation where you didn’t have time to calm yourself down or do a breathing technique. Feel free to message me for my user name
