While our speech therapist, Jennifer, was phenomenal and truly helped my children, the billing side has been an absolute disaster—and I’ve got the receipts and records to prove it. First off, they’re claiming I owe for sessions in January, even though those were fully paid at the time and matched with both my insurance and bank records. I've had multiple conversations about payments, and when they first claimed in January i was behind (they told me an hour before my daughter session they didnt get a payment snd to pay now or she miss her lesson. No notice or invoice jist opps. I’ve meticulously gone through every payment from two separate bank accounts—because they pulled from both—and their internal accounting is all over the place. To make it worse, they continued pulling copays even after my insurance out-of-pocket max was met in March, which legally means I shouldn't owe anything else. Their “balance due” doesn’t even match their own receipts, which is either gross incompetence or something far more questionable. I’ve tried to resolve this respectfully. I’ve given them detailed breakdowns, videos, bank statements, and insurance proof. Yet they still insist I owe money I absolutely do not. And to top it all off, their billing manager was incredibly rude and dismissive when I brought this up. Thankfully, I had my insurance review and a medical billing friend.. so if they continue, I'll go above them. But it's said. Over charged me by 7 payments for April, but says i owe 3 from January. Be careful. The speexh therapist is amazing but billing clueless
