I know stuttering is tough but don’t be ashamed.You are still young and will figure out.A few ideas to help,see a therapist or ask yourself the reason you have the anxiety to stutter,some childhood trauma?I truly believe that Anxiety plays a big role.if there is no past trauma,good. Secondly,I recently discovered that meditation helps to get out of my head and be more in the moment,I feel more balanced with less anxiety.Going for walks outside,working out will do the same and take your mind away.I hope that helps and you are not alone
