An interesting discovery Hello, everyone! I’m new here, actually just passing by, thought i’d mention a little discovery I stumbled upon. I’ve been stuttering since i was a kid , it was a huge problem in my life right before i got a bigger problem. To solve this bigger problem I was prescribed with Tiaprid (150 mg/day, relatively small dose) it did have a moderate effect on my problem, but what i found curious is that it made all my stuttering go away. I actually felt like I never stuttered before. As far as I’m concerned it is the safest neuroleptic in terms of side effects( which I had none). Anyways, when I was researching stuttering treatment it never came up, so I don’t think it’s very common. IMPORTANT! Talk to your doctor before trying this drug, I’m not a medical expert, just sharing something that worked for me.
