Don’t chase fluency — identify and change what’s holding your speech back. Focus on your responses to the “inner judge” when you speak. Fluency should be automatic, so it's not something we manually do ourselves! Don’t chase fluency — identify and change what’s holding your speech back. Instead of constantly checking whether you sounded fluent or forcing and obsessing over fluency, focus on your responses to the “inner judge” when you speak. You can’t change genetics, but you can change how you respond to subconscious cues. Crucially: fluency should go automatic, so it's not something we manually do ourselves! https://preview.redd.it/ia64m0vz25vf1.png?width=1024&format=png&auto=webp&s=d335e036dbf5aa720ecd344ce101d23a926f34e0 See [screenshot](https://i.imgur.com/Y1kKqQH.jpeg)
