Also, I'll add the point that as a pws, the relationships you build with students are very important... more important than a clever class. Get to know their names, and Practice using them whenever you can. My joke in class is, just because I can remember your name, doesn't mean I can always say it! It makes it easier to get them engaged, and they have a good experience despite my issues with speaking fluently. Though, with practice, I stutter/block about a tenth as much as I used to (give or take).
