Hey man, first of all you are not alone there's so many people like you out there are experiencing the same and second of all I'm pretty sure your colleagues and boss know that you have stuttering but it seems like they are nice people they don't want to belittle you. As for me it's been a very long time ago never ever live under pressure and I'm not telling you to quit your job but there's no pleasure of that life when you always feel like there's something heavy on your shoulders and you just can't stop thinking it about.
