First of all. I love your name. Hahahaha! Attack on Geckos! Dude try it out and post back here. What I noticed the most is that when I stutter it’s like something in my brain locks up and prevents the words from coming out fluently. It’s that area where I need to try and relax as I speak. It’s good that you are reading aloud but if you experience what I am talking about try as your talking notice when it happens and move through it slowly and in control. The idea is to train your brain to speak more fluently. Your probably already heard this but keep trying.
