Worked for several large firms. All but one have been great. 1. Take the time to listen to them 2. Give them a little extra prep time for presentations 3. Encouragement if they did well say so. 4. Ask them how they feel after a meeting in private. 5. Treat him him like any normal employee. He only stutters, 6. Make sure he has good support and training 7. Ask him In private how he wants to deal with it. My manager asked me if I joke about my stutter, (hell yes) he jokes I am still saying my first word. we Rib each other all time.
