In normal situations i would say something motivational and remind you that the only person that cares about your stuttering is you. But really when you are at the brink of social isolation and depression just around the corner, i would really suggest some therapy or classes to help you quit stuttering. Look up something on the internet and invest enough money to help you quit. Although dont belive this will make your life "good" or something. Making friends and talking to girls is pretty fucking hard even w/o a stutter. Try starting working out, that always helps everything.
