Sounds like the [Camperdown](http://sydney.edu.au/health-sciences/asrc/clinic/adolescents/camperdown.shtml) program developed in Australia. From what I understand, there are positive [outcomes](http://lshss.asha.org/cgi/content/abstract/39/4/487) reported for some, even when administered via [webcam](http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/19424889).
