- Quick Wit - I speak less than average so when I do it’s usually a good addition. Probably a good sense of humour since it’s also a way for people to like me. - Avoidance of arguments (especially verbal). - I am very likely to loose the argument or just want to bail out of it. So I rarely bother. - The above has also led to an interesting dynamic in work. I’m very autonomous. When I sense that someone will not cooperate with me I just find another way to achieve my goal. Or I just do things without permission - which is actually very appreciated by managers. My favourite motto is “Do and then beg for forgiveness”
