You are taking good care of your daughter. Breathing exercises(diaphragmatic breathing) help a lot. Make it a habit, a family routine to do slow breathing exercises, it helps everyone, not just the people with stutter. I have a mild stutter, but the more i fight against it, the more worse it gets. So it will be really helpful if she learns to not fight against it. More importantly, stutter doesn’t define her, if she learns to not define herself based on her stutter, it will have a lot of positive impact.
