In my case I realised my stuttering is heavily dependent on my anxiety levels. So I always try to keep my calm and speak slowly and patiently. It works for me. Try to meditate and calm yourself. Also try to do less things that gets your dopamine flows like masturbating. I realised more dopamine release results in more stuttering for me. This helped me quite a lot. Hope it helps you too
