Awesome, I really like the last part you wrote; the frustration of avoidance being worse than the frustration of a hard moment of stuttering. I feel like I'm getting to this tipping point. My avoidances are happening less often, and when they do happen, I view them as failures. That being said, if I'm at work or somewhere and find myself in a HARD block, I will change the word rather than stutter through it sometimes, which always makes me feel guilty. I'm trying to work on sticking with the hard blocks a little longer.
