Is there a speech therapist you can see? Check local colleges or universities, they may have a speech program that offers therapy too. Try to slow down, don't think too much about what your about to say and learn what sounds or words you may trip on and think of alternatives that work better for you. I know that last one contradicts the second one a bit but I found a way to kind of make it work. Like some others here, I have found that most people are nice and won't say bad things and let you talk. For those that aren't, sometimes a mean look or a simple "not cool, don't joke about that with me." Will put a stop to it. 32M
