Stutter more prominent recently.

Stutter more prominent recently. Hello, I have had a slight stutter since a young age, i prolong certain the syllables when beginning a sentence as oppose to repeating them. I can always remember it popping up but these past couple months I have noticed I seem to be having more and more issues. Has anyone ever had experience with their stutter fluctuating in frequency? Thanks.
