My school's disability resource center wrote me a letter to send to all my teachers. It explicitly said "do not cold call this student", meaning don't randomly call on me in class. Most of my teachers complied with the letter and also gave me alternative options for the other speaking required in the courses. A couple of them ignored the letter. If your school has a similar resource, it sounds like it could help you a lot. Being able to attend my classes without the fear and anxiety of being randomly called on really allowed me to focus more.
