I used to stutter just like this, today I have much more control over my stuttering so I say used to. I still get stuck sometimes but hey, if you practice a bad swing in golf for many years you are bound to miss some shots. Control is such a big deal about stuttering. I wish to say that this is for me and my approach to the whole thing. Ok so what helped me: Relaxiation. Not like feeling relaxed and not stressing and that shit, but actually lower the muscle tension in shoulders, mouth, belly etc. I build up enormous tension in my tongue when I need to start conversations or even new sentences. I felt this tension during a meditation I had after a heavy stuttering school day :-) Before that I had never really been able to feel (and control) this pressure build up. So, like a golf shot, I practiced relaxing my tounge before I talked until I did this automatically. This approach has helped for me but I can't really say for anyone else. I'm not even sure if I can explain this so it makes any sense. Maybe try to do something horrifying from a stuttering POV and try to feel muscle tension? (If any? Mby bad to give any suggestions with stuttering since its individual?) Anyhow I stop rambling now and wish you good luck and hope you find your way!
