If you're going for a permanent/full time job, I suggest explaining your situation. It really really does take a lot of stress out of the situation. I explained how I was working to get over that obstacle in my life and that getting a job I really wanted was a big part of that. I explained how I was still going to give it my 100% even with my stutter. Employers REALLY approve of self-confidence and honesty. So I would definitely advise explaining. He/she will most likely notice it anyway, so explaining why your speech may not be fluent would give them another reason other, as otherwise, they will probably just think you're overly nervous or you lack enough confidence. These are all things the employer takes into account, and by knowing that you have a stutter but you are still trying for the job will only make them think better of you. I wish you luck my friend.
