I’m 30 years old and have been stuttering since childhood. Am I the only one who keeps putting myself in situations that I know will trigger my stutter? It’s making me question whether I’m in the wrong career. I really need advice.

I’m 30 years old and have been stuttering since childhood. Am I the only one who keeps putting myself in situations that I know will trigger my stutter? It’s making me question whether I’m in the wrong career. I really need advice. I’ve stuttered since childhood and now, in my 30s, I feel like my stutter will never go away. I keep putting myself in situations that trigger it, like work meetings, even though I knew they’d be part of the job. I’m reaching my breaking point. I am getting really sick of it all to be honest.
