I'm happy you found what you needed to overcome stuttering but if anyone asked me if they should pay for a course like this I would tell them it's a scam and to stay away. Again, glad you found something that worked for you but the list you posted sounds like the same internet self help platitudes we've all heard and you're not an SLP or have training/education in speech pathology or know if it will work for others.
