Do any of you cold approach women?

Do any of you cold approach women? I'm a lonely college student and it's killing me. I haven't managed to meet any women through clubs or dating apps or anything like that, and my major is heavily male dominated, so classes haven't worked either. Online everyone says to cold approach, but I know that's going to end poorly with my stutter (despite it being relatively mild). I also kind mumble and have a mild lisp, and in addition to all that, I've had such limited experience with women that I don't really know how to talk to them. Fuck I wish I were dead.
