This is a great list. I see many similar lists in stutter forums. One thing that could be improved though, is that it goes both ways. For example, if we write down that rehearsing what to say, can improve fluency, we should not omit the opposite as well in which spontaneous speech without rehearsing also improves fluency in other people who stutter. In the same way, the other cues/factors that were mentioned have opposites that improve fluency for other PWS. It's not for everone that tension increases stuttering, for some it actually decreases it. My point is, if X = allow yourself to stutter or allow yourself to speak fluently. Both can improve fluency. I think lists often represent an X, any kind of X. Rarely do lists dive beyond X, and go further, discuss the common thread and the deeper stutter cycle what is happening under the iceberg so to speak. I think, we, as a stuttering community, can improve on that aspect
