Brain fog with blocks It's probably my body's response to protect myself from stuttering but whenever I try to say a word that I block on to other people, I get brain fog preventing me to physically say it. My mouth and throat feels like I can't get any air out. The brain fog and block doesn't occur when I'm alone saying it. But the moment I try to say a feared block word to someone, I physically can't get it out and the brain fog is intense. Probably a freeze response. Does anyone have any tips here?
