Absolutely. Very tiresome. Especially when it either turns into a patronizing tone (such as speaking-to-a-child-voice or speaking s l o w l y) or people at a gathering unable to see me as anything but a conversational fifth wheel. I mean, sometimes there is the block of hell and yeah that can of course be somewhat ”scary” for the listener blabla, but in my experience the above mentioned reactions occur kinda regardless of severity of block or just bad stutter etc. C’est la vie but what a vie, eh
