[This](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=kVrnTNpVe5I) Alan Watts recording is the first thing that got me into it. Since then I've tried guided meditation, been to a local Zen temple, but mostly just meditate in my home most mornings. Usually right at 20 minutes is where my mind clears. Anything less and it's still relaxing but my mind doesn't totally clear. I found it really helped my anxiety and maybe it's that my fluency is so dependent on my mood that it had an effect. I have no idea..
