Ik this sounds cliché and everyone says it , but being more positive and kind to yourself, affirmations in the mirror or whenever “I am confident, today will be a good day, I am so happy”. As well as cutting down the overthinking. I used to stutter when reading in class it was anxiety. Once I learnt about the law of attraction and how powerful our minds are I tricked my subconscious and said affirmation and wrote them on my wall I used to think it was bs but it really does help
