I've experienced my stutter getting slightly better when I was on them and then back to normal, so to speak, when I stopped taking them. Now SSRI's allow more serotonin to be released (?), and what i'm suggesting may be radical, especially depending on where you live, but have you ever had a psylocybin mushroom trip? Psilocybin has been known to act as serotonin in the brain, it's been known to have a 80+% rate of smoking cessation, its helped people at the end of their lives cope with dying, and it's personally helped me with my stutter and general depression/anxiety. It can be as simple as a 1 time trip, and it's not to be taken lightly, or if you don't want to dive in you can do smaller doses, but I recommend just diving in and taking the trip. The first time I took an eighth I was probably 16, and for 5-6 hours I didn't stutter at all, it was amazing. I actually felt what it was like to not have that hesitation. It was like in my marrow I knew I wouldn't be stuttering and I didn't. But it came back ya know, it's not some miracle cure but it's really interesting
