How to stop your stuttering tendencies Recently I've been practicing fluency by * reading out loud by myself * recording vlogs * calling people and having a conversation (either discord or phone) * reading out loud to someone else (either discord or phone) What I've noticed while observing myself is that whenever I am reading, I am 90% fluent, like I barely stutter, whether it is by myself or reading to someone else. I've also noticed that when I read I don't do any of my stuttering tendencies, like tilt my head back or twitch. Even when I get stuck I don't do any of those. Yet when I talk to someone and I get stuck I start to tilt my head back and twitch. Does anyone have any tips to stop doing those stuttering tendencies when talking to someone? I never do it while I read.
