Its a neurological disability btw and those whos stuttering is genetical or comes from brain functions it will always slightly be there you just dont stutter as much i know somebody who only stutters when he's mad, its not considered a personal failure according to google yes it is alot of mockery related to being a stutterer but thats cuz people don't learn abt it dont learn to respect it
