is stutterer pretty much doomed?

is stutterer pretty much doomed? just feeling down. money is running out and tuition deadline approaching. after injury in 2009, or just in general, i'm not as active anymore. I think what used to fuel me was the hope that someday I will overcome it, but after I came to this foreign country, it gotten worse. maybe because of that slip and hit in 2009.
