I’m in the Airforce reserve, older guy here. Ex Navy MN2..been in the game for a minute. My advice is a bit eccentric but it worked for me: ask Jesus to heal your inner child, renew your mind, and any emotional trauma that is effecting your sense of self and cogitative abilities. Unfortunately whatever Satan has used to wound you in the past—he will try to repeat it over and over in your present. For example people who are abused as children will find themselves in abusive adult relationships. People who are addicted, find themselves in environments that foster addiction. It’s no coincidence. Humans are fighting many different battles—including spiritual ones. If you pray and believe in Jesus to heal you, it’ll happen.
