Blocking hard today, particularly on names/places. Any advice?

Blocking hard today, particularly on names/places. Any advice? A normal enough day, moderate anxiety and forced but fluent speech. Except when it comes to giving peoples name. I have a hard enough time saying my own name, but I was actually surprised when I couldn't say someone elses. It starts with a 'D' and so does my name, maybe it's linked. Does anyone have any advice on how to deal with this kind of block? I can't substitute someone's name, or a location. It's immensely frustrating not being able to answer a most simple question like "What's his name?".
