Haha, I also had idea of pretending to be mute when I was young. Yes, comparing yourself to other people is horrible, it sure is going to bring you down. I guess you have to walk your own path, always. But it sure is hard. I have imagined myself fluent my whole life, I have dreamed of being this social guy just floating around in social situations.
