Thanks Chaz. That was a fantastic video. I subscribed to your channel :) I definitely like the approach of just tackling things. It's something I'm trying to do more of (which is why I made this post in the first place). I'm planning a week-long solo trip right now, which is way out of my comfort zone but I'm looking forward to putting myself into uncomfortable situations, both social and otherwise. I've recently become very much of the mindset that uncomfortable things are good for me, but I'm just starting to practice it. I also really like your idea of speaking slowly to gain control over your speech. I'm definitely going to be more conscious of that in the future.
