- don't convince yourself to speak stutterfree. Speak automatic from your instinct without your intervention. Don't focus on the stutter. - either focus on anything but stuttering OR only focus on your reaction to the stutter anticipation (in order to become resilient against it). If that's too hard, you can try to choose-technique where you create a I choose-mentality to stop compulsion always in any situation (when I use this, I need to use an anchor)
