I could barely string a sentence together from 9yo until 17yo. Secondary school was f**king grim to say the least. Actively avoided speaking to classmates, except my close friends. I felt such guilt for having to put them through listening to me try communicate. Went to college at 17yo in 2008 and smoked legal head shop alternatives for the first time, first time experiencing any smokable recreational. Stuff was called 'red-eye' or 'firefly', also smoked 'spice gold'. First time smoking it I noticed my stammer had disappeared, not calmed a lot - I mean fully gone! Haven't stammered since 2008. Told my super anti-drug parents I 'found a new method to concentrate before I speak'.
