I stuttered too..there are two things I did that reduced my stutter to barely noticeable. First: the "don't give a F" attitude. Basically, I just tell myself that I don't give a F what others think, I just say it. That reduces a lot of pressure when speaking. Secondly, join toastmasters. Once u can speak in front of public, u likely won't stutter when speaking to anyone at all. Toastmasters is a very very friendly environment.
