So Stuttering John from Howard Stern fame has a podcast and is pretty open about stuttering the entire show http://www.podcastone.com/the-stuttering-john-podcast Artie Lang is the "cohost" but derails more than anything but John stutters pretty openly, has his ticks and tweaks that are obvious to most of us and Artie calls him on a few of them (such as using an accent) and John openly just says "it makes it easier to say some things." Not the best show by a mile but something positive. EDIT: Artie Lang is only on 1 show thank God
