Don't have any advice than to practice speech stimulability exercises on your problem words and practice using your diaphragm to speak. There's a sweet spot to begin talking on the exhale. You don't want any pressure in your chest or voice box. Pausing between every 3-6 words helps to reduce your speech rate, refill your breath and speak in a controlled calm manner.
