I get like this every once in awhile when I get stressed out there’s no need to see a doctor they are just gonna tell some bullshit about breathing what I do when this happens to me is when I go home I lay down and breath deeply for 20 minutes just focusing on my breath then I look in the mirror an tell my self I don’t. Have stutter over an over again with telling my self I’m confident the way you talk to yourself matters a lot especially to us since we are already loaded with anxiety about how the next thing we say is gonna sound when this happens just stop think in your head of saying is perfectly 3 times and stretch out the first syallable of the word a little this kinda helps me a little
