Few things, firstly i havent done mcguire. I know many people who have. Secondly the course is several thousands of dollars. I think they let you try out the first day to see if you want to stick with it or if its not for you. As far as people confident on the third day, this isn't an all too uncommon experience whenever people are in such a supportive environment and are exposed to a new and exciting program. My big thing is, i just can't get past the coastal breathing. One of my biggest hangups with therapy programs is when they want me to change the way I speak. Im going to assume Mcguire doesn't want to change how you talk, but the coastal breathing technique which they recommend you use as much as you can (i assume) is just wayyyy too bizarre for me. How did you get comfortable with it, or was it not that big of a deal to you?
