It surely doesn't cure it, but it improves a lot. It's significantly easier to have a conversation, while e.g talking on the phone can still be a struggle. The side effects in that It's a strong medication. I get significantly more tired during the day, unmotivated, and sometimes feel a bit stupid. Weight gain is also a common side effect, but it hasn't been for me. I would like to take a higher dose to help more with the stuttering, but keep it at the lowest for now because of the side effects.
