I hated this to till I started going to therapy. My stuttering has lowered drastically and situations like these no longer give me anxiety attacks. What works for me is to advertise the first day of School "I'm Jasiones and I'm a person who stutters." It's a huge load off your shoulders because you won't have to spend so much energy hiding it and use that working on techniques.
