I get that. I think it's because of the whole "silence is deadly" thing people toss around.. That's definitely normal for sure, happens to me, especially when I have to make a presentation or something. Personally I haven't really found a good approach to lessen it, but I'd say drinking water and focusing on your breathing helps.
