Thank you soo much for the tips! I’ll definitely give them a try. Quick question, do you have periods where your stutter frequency increases and decreases? I’m wondering if it’s just me because I’d be able to go on and on for hours with minimal stuttering for about a month or so, and then physically struggle to speak a single sentence for another month or 2 and then the cycle continues. That’s a pattern I first noticed when I was younger. Does this happen to you as well?
